We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for hiking through the beautiful Black Forest, with some trails just a short walk away. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to come back to after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning, with plenty of locally sourced items to enjoy. Finally, the friendly and helpful staff were always on hand to answer any questions we had and make our stay even more enjoyable.

The Christmas stay was wonderful, with a cozy ambiance and breathtaking mountain view. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, adding a personal touch to the vacation. The breakfast spread was ample and had a variety of options. The highlight of the stay was the availability of a sauna which was the best aspect on the particularly cold days.
The hotel could improve the fitness facility and the cleanliness of the room. A few items were not replenished on daily basis, but when made the staff aware, they were quick to attend to it.

The hotel offered a great value for money and had stunning views of the surrounding nature. The breakfast provided was basic but sufficient to fuel up for a day of exploring. The hotel was conveniently situated near several hiking trails and had easy access to main roads.
The staff could have been friendlier and welcoming, making communication a bit difficult. The bathroom could have been improved, with the shower being cramped and having erratic hot water supply. Additionally, the bed was really squeaky, making it uncomfortable to sleep through the night.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a secluded location, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. the rooms are spacious, homely with comfortable beds and light and fluffy duvets. the breakfast was amazing and we even got a free travel card to explore the area. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. We enjoyed the super idyllic and picturesque location, perfect for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.
The hotel could improve on the toiletries provisions, as they were very limited.
